Full dull color masterbatch

Can be used for polyester yarn.

This masterbatch is an applied one which was firstly developed in our company many years ago, when suitable dosage is added in the production of fiber, the fiber will have the effect of full dull and colored. It brings the fiber a soft-color and generous look, and creats a special handle and an excellent drapability for fabrics. It can also save the cost for the following processes. Furthermore, it doesn’t affect the spinning process due to its high spinning performance.

Dry the masterbatch for 8-10 hours under the condition of 105°C-120°C before use, the suggested dosage is 4%-9%, avoid sun or rain exposure.
