Flame retardant masterbatch

This masterbatch is our newly developed flame retardant masterbatch which does not contain halogen. It has a good flame retardant effect. When 10% masterbatch is added and the limited oxygen index(LOI) comes to 30, besides, the product has a high spinning performance and doesn’t affect the spinning process and the color of fiber. In addition, it can be mixed with our color masterbatch. We can also use it to produce flame retardant color masterbatch which will not affect the color of chemical fiber.

Dry the masterbatch for 8-10 hours under the condition of 105°C-120°C before use, the fiber has an obvious flame retardant effect when add 6% masterbatch. The suggested dosage is 10%-12%,  avoid any sun or rain exposure.
