Uvioresistant masterbatch is a compound one made from the imported uvioresistant agent, it can protect the strength of plastic or fiber and lengthen their useful time. According to our experiment, moreover, when 2% dosage is in the plastic, the masterbatch can not only protect the color change efficiently by deferring the yellowing of sample, but also prevent the strength of sample from declining, which ultimately lengthens the useful time of the sample. And when 0.5% dosage is , the strength of sample loss is less than 50% after 2 years’ test of ageing resistance.

According to customers’ various requirements, we suggest our customers the dosage range from 2% to 6%; Dry the masterbatch for 8 hours under the condition of 105°C-120°C before use, avoid sun or rain exposure, keep the masterbatch far away from fire.
